Role Overview: As the Outlet Manager, you will be the key person responsible for the day-to-day operations, team performance, and business results of the GEARIZO outlet. You will report directly to the Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the outlet’s culture, customer experience, and growth trajectory. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead full outlet operations and drive monthly revenue targets 2. Oversee daily sales metrics, staff scheduling, and the customer sales funnel 3. Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Advisors and Technicians 4. Conduct performance reviews, handle disciplinary matters, and participate in recruitment 5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and referral networks 6. Oversee inventory management, merchandising standards, and stock replenishment 7. Plan and coordinate manpower for brand events, roadshows, and pop-up activations 8. Identify team training needs, conduct development programmes, and onboard new hires 9. Represent the brand on social media as an on-camera spokesperson across different social media platforms 10. Provide regular performance updates to HQ and escalate critical issues promptly Key Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or any related field 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or outlet management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity 3. Background in the retail industry, auto detailing or automotive retail industry is an advantage 4. Proven track record of leading a team and meeting or exceeding sales targets 5. Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills 6. Comfortable with basic business reporting, numbers, and performance tracking 7. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers 8. Willing to be a brand representative on social media platforms 9. Comfortable adopting AI tools for day-to-day operations, reporting, and communication 10. Presentable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision 11. Possess a valid driving licence and own transport 12. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays 13. Based in or willing to commute to Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
